    Frank’s Pickled Peppers is a premier New Jersey based canning company providing a wide variety of artisan handmade all natural gluten free vegan salsas, relishes, chutneys and pickled vegetables made logo-for-vegan-friendly.ashx gluten_free_logoin Jersey from JERSEY FRESH produce when in season. We use no preservatives, no corn or high fructose syrups, no nuts, artificial flavors or colorings.

    Frank’s Pickled Peppers sells only what we make. Stop by one of our participating farmer’s markets for a complete product offering and limited seasonal products all of which are made in New Jersey by hand in small batches. Our products have a shelf life of up to 3 yrs.

    We are license through the New Jersey Department of Health compliant with Chapter 24 (N.J.A.C. 8:24). and a ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certified through the National Restaurant Association. 

    Large national corporations mass producing similar products add preservatives, artificial colors, and often use high fructose corn syrups. We don’t. Most of these corporations don’t source from local New Jersey farms. Most smaller local competition doesn’t make their products by hand or in small batches.  These companies use out of state contract manufacturers or co-packers. With using co packers there are minimum production quantities required for each product produced. This limits the number of products they can offer and limits their control over the final product.

    When visiting Frank’s Pickled Peppers at local farmers markets we offer a recycling program where customers can return empty glass jars in return for a discount on purchasing our products.
